Here's a simple GIF animation of Machini performing his famous Transmutative Hat Trick Illusion.

I'm sorry that it's not a fully video. Subsequent pieces that I finish will have video on this site for you to see. It's hard to get a sense for he full effect without seeing the automaton in motion. Actually turning the crank yourself is to have the full experience.

The animation shows just one change of the color in the jar. In the actual peformance, the color changes six times: red, yellow, blue, orange, green, purple.
